30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. To process your request, please provide photos or a short video clearly showing the issue, along with a brief description. This guarantee covers your overall satisfaction with the product and allows you to request a refund or replacement within that window.

12-Month Product Warranty

All ALEEVIA devices come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. This includes our Neck Massager, Shiatsu Foot Massager, Hand Massager, and Pro Massage Gun. This warranty begins on the date of delivery and applies after the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period has ended.

To be clear on how these two protections work together:

• Days 1–30: Covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Not happy for any reason? Contact us with photos or a video and we'll refund or replace.
• Days 31–365: Covered by our 12-Month Warranty for manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse or accidents
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications

How to Make a Claim

To submit a satisfaction or warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photos or video. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
