Refund & Return Policy

At ALEEVIA, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

How to Request Support Email us at support@getaleevia.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or a short video if applicable. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required in most cases.

Wrong or Missing Items If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, reach out and we'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — but you may still be eligible for a return.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. To start a return, contact us first — many issues can be resolved without one.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Used or damaged items (not due to a defect)
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Buyer's remorse after item has shipped
